Apportioning the majority of the blame to Clinton is typical of the weaseling of this administration. I never made this above claim....I said his feckless appeasement was a major factor but hardly the only one.... As for the PDB...there was never any actionable intel about the plan for 9/11 in the PDB....it was a continuation of the types of warnings Clinton had rec'd for eight years.....and there's nothing to suggest that it was "ignored"...... J.
