I'm only trading the Russell 2000 e-mini contracts these days. Other than a couple equities in my IRA. I don't want to spend the time it takes to sort out stocks anymore. I still keep all the data but don't pay much attention.

Today, with the ER2, I went short several minutes after 1:15 ET then held that position about 1 hour. I took out 2 weeks pay and don't care if I even look at the market again this week. So much bang for the buck with this approach. Of course, the bang goes both ways and when I'm in a trade like that I glue myself to the screen.
