Well the old pearl handled Roy Rogers set wasn't going to be mistaken for a real gun and was usually carried by a kid in a cowboy outfit. Now they make the fake gun an exact replica of the real McCoy and these kids run around playing gang banger in neighborhoods where the cop have a real concern about being shot by kids. Not a good recipe.
