Some so-called expert says this or that "may" happen, and somehow that is taken as news. It isn't news. It's just idle speculation. I like the idea of docking Steve's pay to punish him. If he lost an entire year's salary (which for him would be a whole dollar), he would certainly learn his lesson. ;-) - Allen
