I have read up to post 2000 and the last 200. so I have a gap to close. I traded it but never followed the details of the scam.

from the book only I think
- Fastow cut a sweethart deal as he deserved a lot more
- Kopper and his bum buddy deserved more
- Skilling - HUMMM maybe he faith in others killed him but he seemed to get hit hard.
- Lay - well he was an idiot - not properly diversifying himself and ridindg the stock to Nothing. Personally - I dont think he is dead - I think he is keeping Johhny Felderhoff company ( BRE-X) in the caymans.

MASSIVE scam - this exemplifies all that is bad about greed. I take my hat off to those willing to stand up like watters ( sp?) and Baxter. I did it also on a much much muchy smaller scale in a much smaller city and was blackballed for doing so except by a few.

NOw here is the irony - I expose all this stuff - again MINOR. I go to a competitor for a better job. The new job involved ENRON on a very minor level - I prepared one reprot on them and made contact with two people and it never went further than a phone call. I worked for a poer company looking at Broadband. BUT we got bought out by my previous company where I blew the whistle and it was a competitor.

Needless to say I wasnt offered a job LOL - I sleep well - actually I sleep very very well.
