WOW! I'm happily crossed eyed reading these great posts. Thanks EC! I'm going to read them again tomorrow. This is awesome info. Are you by chance involved in orthomolecular medicine? My husband and I see an orthomolecular M.D. and he has us taking much of what you've been discussing. It's nice to read more information and explanation regarding same. With major health issues looming, we can't express how grateful we are to be able to deal with our health issues in such a positive way. It's medicine that's easy to swallow(unlike chemo, etc) and we both feel better to boot! To anybody out there dealing with chronic illness such as MS, Lupus, Heart Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, HIV, do not under estimate the gift of these supplements and these diet changes! Kath
