All the techs are on the skids today. This happens every quarter. A couple of tech companies pre-announce lousy earnings, and the entire tech sector drops.

Naturally, these companies making pre-announcements always blame "decreasing demand" rather than their own sales forces. This leads investors to conclude that ALL the techs will have poor earnings.

One wonders why people don't notice that this happens every three months.
