Curly and thread, Just one thing to bear in mind. Once the raw material pipeline frees up (as has been stated in previous posts), it then takes time to fabricate lens elements and assembled lenses. All the while a ramp in lens fabrication must be going on to meet pent up demand. So, there "could" be a time lag before a balanced manufacturing stream is established. In fact, it is my guesstimation that this "time lag" is already on its way to being corrected and that DUV steppers/scanners will be leaving the suppliers (on their way to their new homes) at break neck speeds.
