You know what? What Jane Fonda did was incredibly stupid. Climbing into a NVA anti-aircraft battery with the cameras rolling. Unbelievably naive and stupid. Hearing her called a traitor is entirely understandable. Even now. And if we are happy to sit here and say Cheney is a traitor for outing Valerie Plame, or if you can imagine yourself saying Rove will forever be considered a traitor, then I think one has to be prepared to hear that and deal with it.
