Liar. Kerry has a half a house in Boston he co-owns with his wife. It is not a huge place but very choice location. He doesn't own any other properties. Zero. His wife from her previous marriage to a Republican senator owns properties. When they are not occupied, they are shut down and no energy is wasted. Also, Kerry is an elected official. He is a senator and won his last election by about 50%.

Now to the real issue, Kerry-McCain's CAFE STANDARDS FUEL EFFICIENCY BILL in 2001 would have saved more energy by now than we could wring out of the entire stage of Alaska, but the Big Oil Bushies killed it, stopped it dead, resulting in 5+ years of wasted energy on the grandest scale in world history.

As a result, after Bushies doubled the price of gas on us, our US auto industry got clobbered, costing about 400,000 US jobs. Now Toyota is the #1 automaker and GM and Ford are sucking wind. All so Bush-cheney-Delay could serve their masters at Exxon and in Saudi Arabia and stick it to everyone else.
