Patrick Moore is a fascinating case study. He started off as a founding member of Greenpeace -- notice how he names his site Greenspirit in true greenwashing fashion -- and then became the chief lobbyist for resource extraction businesses in BC against the environmental movement. Was it Abby Hoffman or Jerry Rubin who pulled a similar switcheroo, from Yippie revolutionary to Wall Street dude? LC
