The fact is Murtha said "No" to the bribe. doesn't matter if he said he was willing to talk later. For all we know that could have been a polite way to kick them outn of his office.

McCain who is the GOP likely nominee was caught in a bribery scandal with Lincoln S+L. He said "yes". He took the bribe. Murtha didn't.

if you admire honesty, then support Kerry. he is absolutely incorruptible. But instead you support political criminals of course. That's your problem. You have a major character flaw.
