Kessler is a former hedge fund manager and VC who started life as a semi analyst. Hugely entertaining writer - not sure how much he knows about medicine. For a fun read, try his book on the hedge fund industry. Read it in 2 nights - kind of the standard format (sorta Michael Lewis) but told (like Lewis) with good wit. Jon
