I'm no sleep expert, but I don't get it. How does activity at H1 make for an interesting molecule? How will this differ from, for example, triprolodine, in terms of next day psychomotor function?? An anti-histamine by any other name is still an anti-histamine. Doesn't seem to be possible to go for sleep maintenance and LPS with an H1 reverse agonist. What am I missing??? TIA.
