Golden Eagle Group Awarded Noble Drilling Contract; To Provide Services to Noble Drilling's Worldwide Operations Sept. 30 -- Following an extensive bid analysis process, DAHER Golden Eagle, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Golden Eagle Group (Nasdaq:GEGP), announced today it has completed an agreement with Noble Drilling Corp. (NYSE:NE) to provide freight forwarding, transportation logistics, import clearance and export packing services for Noble Drilling's worldwide operations.

Under this agreement, DAHER Golden Eagle will provide services to Noble Drilling's nine off-shore rigs currently active in Qatar, Angola, India and Venezuela, as well as 11 drillships operating in the North Sea and Brazil by Noble Drilling (Netherlands) N.V.
Prior to this agreement, DAHER Golden Eagle provided services to Noble Drilling for three offshore rigs that are currently active in Venezuela and are included in the new agreement.
