You can not rely on the financials posted on the net at msn, yahoo, etc. since this is a reverse merger. Instead look at the sec most recent docs and news announcements. This company could earn several cents to a dime or more per share in 2007. Trading in the mid twenty cent range. Call the company directly for investor information.
