I was merely pointing out that your comments were gratuitous, self serving, and inaccurate. I was also pointing out that I agree with him in regard to his insight into the particular psychological profile. I suspect that the agreement is near unanimous. You may disagree with us, but that is not the same as misrepresenting what was said or implied...as you have so cooked it up. So don't fret about it. I can't imagine anybody worrying less whether you apologise or not. Who cares? Anybody can interpret for themselves whether or not your comments were a self serving fabrication.
