I just sold out of the rest of my actual PQ position so I'd like to officially sell it as of today's Close & go to Cash.

Uh, do the same with EQR.

Patrick, you might want to hold off closing those positions. There is a cold air mass building in Canada......the weather service is saying the change in weather it will bring should hit the US between 1/14 and 1/16. Usually these cold air masses come out of Canada around MN.....I know because I used to live there. Due north from MPLS is Winnipeg.....here is the ten day forecast for that city:

weather.com

As you can see, by 11 January, Winnipeg is in single digits and below zero temps.

Eventually, the cold air mass will push south and east enveloping the Midwest and the East. When that happens, I think the oils and NG will start to move back up. In fact, I saw evidence of short covering today while crude, XOI and OIH all ended in the green today. Why would traders cover when it was 66º today in NYC? I think they have an eye on this change in weather coming down the pike. FWIW.
