David, This is old news, believe it or not. It was available from a Vickers report a couple of weeks ago, and was responsible (IMHO) for the dip at that time. Even the large sale by Mr. Gifford was a small percentage of his holdings, and his first sale in nearly a year. It is interesting that you would cross post this info to the LLTC, MLIN, AMAT, and MXIM threads even though you state that you have no interest in the stock. Are you looking for an entry point or something? Greg
