well..given the firing of the CEO (man he was feeding fat off the option trough) and CFO and laying off 30% of the workforce, and taking too long to settle the EPO litigatrion...there have been a few management issues to contend with. I had a good chuckle too though-- the time to make the management value call was a couple dollars back...now I am not so sure at this price.
