I moved to fort lauderdale for the carnage and the amount of denial down here is ufb! I have been putting in offers about 55% of the asking price. I have not done a deal yet this year. I did three deals between nov and dec at 33% off the asking price. Looks like a few more months for reality to start to set in down here. btw the weather is too f`ing hot everyday,in the 80`s!
