I am talking about the penny stocks, the companies that will, for the most part never find anything.

With penny stocks, you don't need a chart to see if it is over bought or a deal, just look at the trading for the past few days or weeks, the raw numbers tell a lot. I find looking at the raw numbers easier to figure out than a chart and all the fancy terms.
