In Europe the farmers subsidies to mass production and sales of cheap meat made fish look quite expensive.

Not very clever when thinking of the medical consequences.

Fish looks expensive by comparison because it is more expensive and that has less to do with farm subsidies and more to do with the fact that we have overfished the world's fisheries.
