Since the earth is actually in a cool period relative to it's history (even it's inhabited by life history) It may not even be under our control... Florida would be toast.. and the US is going to need to do something about it's entire built up eastern seaboard.. Anyway I thought water could be more adversely effected than it is already , hence the desalinization idea.. I've started here.. technion.ac.il abengoabioenergy.com uk.biz.yahoo.com I sold most of my U stocks this week with an eye to hopefully buy a sharper correction.. time will tell.. I suspect we are all already fued :-(. I doubt as a species.. :O) we are too pernicious, like rats and cockroaches... It would take a huge and rapid natural catastrophe, (giant meteor) if it's not rapid.. we'll adapt.. might not be pretty but we'll adapt.. I don't even think we could do ourselves in completely anymore... call me optimistic LOL Al
