Milestone Scientific (WAND) - up 300% this month and plenty of room on the upside. I love this stock. No coverage, no MM, no analysts, not marginable. $250MM market cap. 2MM float, 8MM locked up or held inside. This baby could go way far either direction at any minute, but like I said, not marginable so upside plays only. It's a one-device developmental. They have a computer-driven dental device with recent FDA approval, costs $1000 and $1 per patient, that will inject Novocaine painlessly, with near-instant anesthesia, and limited to the tooth. I.e. no drooling on yourself at lunch later that day. The dentist will like it because it saves him "chair time". Already blessed by the USC dental school, and being presented to the ADA convention in two weeks. I don't know how good the market will be, but I'll tell you one thing for damn sure. The next dentist I go to will be using one.
