If Robert Mitchell is correct then my guess is that we are going to get another leg up in the spot price and in the sector as well. I don't know, but my guess would be that Cameco is trying to get Cigar Lake online as soon as possible. Sure, they might benefit by a higher spot price, but it could also wreak havoc with the market and I think they'll be making plenty of dough without having to drag their feet on the remediation.
