ALERT Just talked to Sam from BCIT IR an hour ago.

Here is the latest.

The company contacted the DTC early this week about the content of the letter they are working on trying to make sure they have everything the DTCC wants. The DTCC response was noncommittal so the company is beefing up the letter to make sure they have everything covered.

When they are done they will submitted to the DTCC. If the DTCC still prevents this from trading the company will file an injuction aganst the DTCC. Its mind boggling how criminal the DTCC actions are aganst us.

Now for the bashers and Woogie. Do not listen to them. BCIT is in good standing with the SEC and the NASD. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. There is no problem with BCIT and the SEC at all. The company has the SEC blessing.

Furthermore, these bashers are calling up the SEC and NASD pretending they are shareholders and screaming at them and making up stories about Megas and the company doing fradulent activities. They are trying anything they can to delay this. These people are criminals and are hurting the company. These guy are scum of the earth and will sit on the phone with the SEC and the DTCC making up one lie after another hoping and praying they will get the SEC to investigate the company further.
