I agree it is much warmer here than even five years ago.. Keep the a/c on 24/7 all winter with nights rarely getting below 70.. even went into the ocean for a while today. This seems more like mid March than early January..

Seems much more distressed on the SW coast and up towards Pt St Lucie.. Still can't figure out the the hell all these people are doing with these empty new condos all over our fair state. Nothing has changed since many of them were completed a 6-12 months ago. They just sit empty (i'd venture to say 70-80%), holding costs are incredible, asking prices are very high and many aren't even for rent or sale.. Seems many hoping to get bailed out at mid 2005 prices this winter season?
