Re : "why is the stock "if and when issued" / why is it not marginable yet ?" I am not positive on this, but ... I believe you need (at a minimum) the ticker symbol to go to 4 letters only (not 5) before you can hope that Nextwave will start being treated like a "real" stock. Jon.
