The executors who walked Saddam to the gallows were shouting Moqtada's name. Doing so sends a message that Saddam was being hanged to "avenge" the death of Moqtada father at the hands of the Sunnis when Saddam was President.

What about the justice for the murder of more that 120 people at Dujail for which Saddam was actually tried and sentenced.

And Bush let all this happen. It was the responsibility of the US to either try Saddam in a International court and to make sure that Saddam was being executed to seek justice for the common Iraqis who lost their lives and not to avenge the deaths of a few political opponents of Saddam.
