Yes... I saw that.

But I think it's merely reporting the development of plans for attack --- not a decision to go forward with one.

PLANNING is quite normal. I'll bet that the US has developed plans for how to attack most every country on Earth... and Israel surely has NUMEROUS versions of plans for different ways to attack each and everyone of it's regional neighbors.

(On a different point: public official 'leaks' of such stuff is almost surely a political attempt to INFLUENCE Iran.)
