Sorry, it's not in electronic form. All his reports (4 so far) appeared in Marc Faber's newsletter - The Gloom Boom and Doom Report. Dr Faber very much likes his newsletter to be sent out in nice printed paper. He's kind of old fashioned that way.

That's why I give so much credence to what he writes. Dr Faber would never publish any old rubbish in his newsletter.
