The Stock was frozen monday due to the S3 written over the weekend. Look up the S3 on freeedgar. The S3 needs to be signed off by the SEC before the stock can be released. I am assuming since it involves an overseas venture the delay is due to time difference. I have confirmation that it is not due to any impropriety or stock scam. I do know that he , Mr Wietreck has turned a 7 million dollar company to well over 21 million in a very short period. Pending the SEC signs should put some validity into my speculation what will happen when CAML is back on the market.
