This is why I support the ban on restaurants using trans fats, but not on selling tobacco and alcohol -- despite the harm they cause, people do actually derive distinct benefit from those.

KFC went to no trans fat a while back. So I decided to test it out and see how the food tasted. The food tastes less greasy; much better. Probably still not good for you but there wasn't that weird aftertaste you get with fast foods.

Did you ever see the documentary on McDonald's? A real eye opener.
