Ben Stein is an a$$. There I have said it. I have always thought it but wanted to say it.

Option backdating stinks and these guys should go to jail. I agree with him on Jobs and the coziness of board - absurd what these CEOs get away with - they are worse than the man stealing a loaf of bread to feed a family but get no jail time, no fines, and get to keep much of the ill-gotten gains.

But Sarbox has killed the US exchanges as a place to want to list for foreign companies. They now mainly go to London or Hong Kong. I used to be a banker but am not anymore so am not complaining because I have been hurt - I think most of my friends doing banking are WAY overpaid as it is but Sarbox has crippled US competiveness as a place to list. It has. Really! Truly! Small companies in US have been hurt and foreign companies say good riddance.
