john kerry did leave his men in Viet-Nam to complete their tours. everyone's tour in Viet-Nam was 12 months. The only exceptions were medevac's, killed-in-action, and only son from a family. I have asked many times in the past for someone to name me one military person who went to Viet-Nam and was there for 4 months and got credit for a full tour. i guess this is not possible since i have yet to receive the name of one person out of the hundreds of thousands who completed full 12 month tours. the exception is john kerry! and yes, i along with many others question john kerry's Silver Star. Why while serving as a senator why was his citation beefed up? what kind of discharge did he initially get? did the Board of Military Corrections give him another kind of discharge? release his request to the Board of Military Corrections and .....................
