Copper, said he, and furrowed the brow, copper is dead.
But maybe copper is just a bit out of breath, looking dead to us desperately short-sighted? During the last week, I have seen various remarks by analysts, newsletter writers, financial reporters that copper is going down into the Downs, long and far, and that bounces are to be sold into. Having been often bitten in my investing=betting life by betting with the others, I wonder whether it may be time soon to turn against the tide. I hear no voices supporting copper.
But when everybody seems to have copped a bad mood, which coppers shall turn to shine sooner, brighter? The junior explorers like Copper Fox (CUU.V)? The developers like Candente (DNT.TO) and Ivanhoe(IVN.TO)? The near-producers like Equinox (EQN.TO) and Capstone Gold (CS.TO)?
