Not if I lose alot of weight on Nutri System..

I just heard a Doc interviewed on the radio. He has a new diet book (of course) and contends that what helps in losing weight is eating foods that send signals to the body that no more food is needed. The book is "You on a Diet," by Michael Roizen and Mehmet Oz.

He suggested high fiber foods in the morning and for lunch, and also eating nuts (6 walnuts, 12 almonds or 20 peanuts) about 1/2 hr. before dinner. They apparently kick off a reaction that sends a signal to the stomach to it thinks it's full when its really not.

Interesting theory.
