I spent my working years starting up and running small businesses. So one of my enjoyments of this series is figuring out at the start what I would do if I were project manager. The winning team's use of two guys to wave signs was perfect. If they could have hired one female in a bikini it would have been even better. She should have split the team into two parts, with one selling as they drove in, and the rest helping detail as the cars came out of the car wash. Put a manager of each team in, got the volunteers for sales first, and had that manager drop off the poorest sales rep each hour, to be replaced with a volunteer from the detail team. If Frank hadn't been so incompetent, they would have beaten her, because they were selling the detail services. It was obvious last year that Ivanka was more competent that his son. Looks like a good year for the show.
