Way too much detail in that 10K. I didn't realize it till I posted it on the Cube thread, which i've since had removed. I suspect that we get a PR very soon either squashing the deal with CUBE or making it public the correct way. Also, MSU should be getting the Aunt-Cha-Mima treatement from Cube management just about now...
