Most of the time something else ends up picking up the slack in a so called personal tax cut. Just like NY states stars program tax refund. We received a 200 check back. Only to have a big increase in the county and town taxes. Don't get me wrong. I'm all for tax cuts. Hey if I quit working. I'll get a tax cut. <G> Why do you think working people and former working retirees have been leaving NY state.
