Yes, after being one of the great heros of the SWiftvets and saving his teams lives several times, risking his life over and over and killing enemy, and after volunteering for combat in the first place when he could have skipped out like all the Bushies did, Kerry elected to come home after his third combat wound. If you call that "bugging out" you are completely lame-brained. This is a man who crawled up death's A-hole for his country, then went back and did it again. His commanding officer called him "superlative". End of story.
