Oops! Sounds like I'm a step behind..... "former management?" Maybe I'm over thinking it, but isn't anything that happens down there chargeable to CMM as a screw up when it doesn't go well? I used to chase drillers for a living and quickly learned that in that business one gets what they pay for. Later in my career I worked for an outfit that never had worked with top-level contractors so I doubt they knew that quality was possible, or what to look for. It was frustrating to see them spin their wheels with the 'low cost' bidder when the would have saved money in the long run with the guy that would show up with all of the tools, all of the contingent tools and who could do the job right the first time! Go CMM! lol! H3
