This state is becoming infested with illegals and nanny state immigrants who are changing the demographics from old west libertarian values to the worst aspects of Californication. If it gets much worse, I'm outta here.

'clownification' was my first thought when i read your post, recognizing the influx from CA to NV

i think passage of that law has to be serious bad news for biz in vegas, i can't imagine that the wage increases won't be passed through to the consumer....those who can't will go out of business

and if the cap on SS wages get removed or raised, talk about a windfall for government

so if you are leaving las vegas, where do you have in mind, if you don't mind my asking..(pm if you like)....i have been having more than my share of conversations lately about becoming an ex-pat, but it seems to be hard to find a westernized country that isn't lurching left toward more statism
