CYTR, a minnow that had been considered an also-ran to ALNY and RNAI at best, and a scam at worst, forms a subsidiary with an outstanding SAB.

I thought what CYTR did with the ALS foundation was indeed a scam. It’s going to take some doing for me to overlook that and the prior accusation of IP theft by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
