I attended the AGM today. The first part of the meeting was spent going over election of directors, appointing auditors etc. Regular AGM stuff. The name change to Software Gaming Corp. was approved subject to regulatory approval.

Don Ross, the president of the company showed up at the tail end of the meeting. He got stuck in traffic.

Their software is in the developing stages and is about 2-3 months from completion. They are going after the charity market to set up licensing agreements with. As already stated they have set up an agreement with a native Indian tribe.

It seems that they are going after the same type of business as Cryptologic. They strongly hinted to watch the news releases as there would be some further developments taking place in the near future.

Although this is a young company I think they have potential to hit it big, if Cryptologic is any indication.
