Hank- I do not think management should be given any more money to squander, as the $20,000,000 they have already had has produced:
For the three month period ending June 30, 1997 the Company generated revenues of $ 475 from the sale of the Company's ELISATM kits. This represents a 95% decrease from the three month period ending June 30, 1996 when revenue was $9,500 of subscription revenue from NEW CENTURY NUTRITION newsletter. In the nine months ended June 30, 1997 the Company had revenues of $4,600 as compared to $33,500 in the nine months ended June 30, 1996.
Here is part of the reply I received from Jeff Dwyer SI Co-founder about the threat to Robin and my reply asking for a SI forum titled "Stockholder Suits". I believe we will be first in line to use it, as we discuss if NEW CENTURY NUTRITION was an arms length investment, who profited by the support of the stock by the purchase of $1,342,515. in treasury shares @ $4./sh, were any fees paid for the 50% convertible preferred dillution, and other questionble issuance of company stock, and what is Cornell Universities involvment with the company?

Jeff,
Thanks for your reply. Really great place you started. How about adding a new Forum titled "Stockholder Suits" as we bring the scoundrels to justice.
