I don't buy the fact that there are diamonds in Saskatchewan
that are quality enought to be developed. These so called
kimberlites took over a year to be classified as such. These
kimberlites are not even pipe shaped - they are flat
lying sills - that are deep underground - lying adjacent
to a high pressure water aquifer. There is no mining technique
known to retrieve material from this depth. The NWT pipes are
perhaps small - but they are indeed pipes and rich as hell with
diamond! Fort a'la Corne is an interesting occurence, but that's
all. I'm not sure what a shell on the VSE goes for these days but
that is all KRT is worth.
