I guess ted doesn't understand Mohammed came 600 years after Christianity was started. To expect Christianity to mention Mohammed is very odd.

Some possible explanations:

1. An all-knowing God should have anticipated Mohamed
2. Time travel
3. Ted hasn't figured out AD and BC quite yet....

Let me see......its true that Mohammad came 600 years after Christianity and the last book of the new testament was written around 100 AD. Am I to understand that the last thing ever written by Christians was Revelations and that Christianity has never made an observation about Mohammad inspite of the fact that Islam and Christianity have shared Jerusalem on a number of occasions? I find that very odd.
