NYSE TRADES WILL BEGIN AT 9:45 EASTERN TIME

this scrolls by every morning on CNBC. i realize now that this
includes the 15 minute delay on quotes.

i place my option orders through a broker. the 9:45 time seemed weird,
although, i already have to pay a commission and a spread coming and
going. mutual funds have front and back end loading as well as
20b-something fees. every where i turn, it seems the deck is stacked.
now it seems, whether i trade at 8:30, 9:30 or 9:45, the price
will be inflated.

anyway.....thanks for the info. i just hope when i cash out, they
don't pay me in rubles.
